Welcome to my very first blog as the Ambassador for Fish4jobs. What an honour it was for me to be approached. Fish4jobs is a job site with a difference, one that has the jobseeker at the heart of all it does, and one that I am proud to be associated with.
How is Fish4jobs different from other job sites?
Through its hands on, personal approach, Fish4jobs engages jobseekers and has a passion for helping candidates find jobs, all beliefs that I uphold.
And how does it do this?
Through its excellent customer service, Fish4jobs knows exactly what you, the jobseeker require, and after listening carefully they have put their plans into action and come up with a series of events to back this up...this is where I come in!
How will you benefit?
I’ll be working with Fish4jobs on a range of activities designed to make your jobsearch a bit easier. Activities such as this blog where I’ll offer practical job hunting advice through to free online career seminars where I’ll cover topics such as: How to get started with your job search and successfully preparing for interviews.
I’ll also be starring in videos designed to give jobseekers bite sized tips and advice and hosting Fish4jobs’ regional roadshow of pop up job fairs.
Come and meet me!
Week commencing 5th September 2011, I will be hosting a series of job fairs throughout the UK. Fish4jobs in conjunction with the Daily Mirror’s “Get Britain Working campaign” will visit London, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle helping jobseekers at all stages of their job search, so why not pop along and have a chat, and see the wealth of advice on offer.
Many thanks for reading my first blog; I hope you enjoyed it, looking forward to many more.
