Customer Service aptitude
- Your ability to see the bigger picture and come up with creative ways to deal with a situation quickly and efficiently. Show them that you can ‘think on your feet’
Problem Solving skills
- How good is your judgment is when solving a problem? This is your chance to convince them that you take into account the possible consequences and think a solution through.
Customer focus
- It’s important that you are able to see things from a customer’s point of view and go the extra miles to resolve their problems. Think of what you would do to make sure a customer has an excellent customer experience with you and provide examples of times when you’ve delivered this.
Communication
- It’s important that you are seen as someone who can communicate with others in a way that enables you to influence them. You must show that you are able to remain calm in tense situations because you may sometimes be faced with an irate customer. In these situations you will need to calm the customer down and restore their trust.
